Gay Men's Chorus of D.C. "America, The Fabulous"
A concert benefiting the Sussex County AIDS Council at the Rehoboth Beach Convention Center. After a 7-year absence, the Gay Men's Chorus of Washington, D.C., called "one of the world's best male choruses" by the Washington Post is coming back to town with its new show America- the FABULOUS. The concert celebrates a wide range of American music with the boisterous (and sometimes falsetto) voices of this entertaining chorus.

Fireworks 2008!
A Main Street Event: Fireworks 2008 Fireworks to be launched from the beach & seen all up and down the Boardwalk & shoreline. Fireworks time is approximately 9:15. Come into town the easy way - take the Shuttle from Route One at County Bank, beginning at 5 p.m. Following Fireworks: a concert by The Funsters, sponsored by Dogfish Head Brewing and Eats at the Rehoboth Beach Bandstand. The Annual Main Street Fireworks Display is funded entirely through donations from the citizens and businesses of the Rehoboth Beach area. Hometown Christmas Parade
Monday evening along Rehoboth Avenue beginning at 6:30 p.m. A local tradition, the parade will feature more music, more costumes and more fun than ever, with volunteers from the Fire Department, Police, Public Works and community organizations. Dozens of local groups, bands and participants have already signed up. Line-up starts at 4:00 The parade begins at State Road, travels East to the Boardwalk and the turns West and goes back up to the Convention Center. Parade entrants are judged, with prizes awarded at the Christmas Party immediately following the parade at Convention Hall. Youngsters can chat with Santa and light refreshments will be served. Groups and individuals wanting entry information should call the Hometown Parade voice mail at 302-441-8615 or e-mail rmillman@cityofrehoboth.com for an application.
