Bronze dolphin
will be new landmark
The 10-ft. Bronze dolphin sculpture commissioned by RB Main Street and sculpted by Edmund Silver is here at last.
It's been a two-year process to design, create and cast the sculpture at a Massachusettes foundry. This piece of public art will be installed in the center of the etched paver field adjacent to the bandstand.
This gift to the city has been made possible by generous donations from Jack Lingo Realtors, Bette & Sal Gallo, the Kiernan Family, Ocean Atlantic Agency, Wilmington Trust Bank, Clint Bunting & Hal Dukes and Rehoboth Beach Main Street, Inc.
Look for it at the bandstand!

You'll see us coming and going
Thanks to the City of Rehoboth Beach, Main Street has a Route One billboard and our sign will be going up within a couple of weeks. We will be making sure that folks passing our billboard know about Historic Downtown Rehoboth Beach and all it has to offer.
The sign will be highly visible when coming north on Route One from Dewey, as well as south past the Rehoboth Avenue Extended entrance to the City. You may have noticed the billboard, located at the edge of the City maintenance yard. It currently says "DiSabatino" on it, but soon it will promote Downtown Rehoboth.
Local artist Murray Archibald designed the sign and we can't wait to see it along the highway.

Downtown has THREE avenues.
All of our downtown visitors know exactly where Rehoboth Avenue is -- and flock to it for shopping, dining and on their way to the bandstand, boardwalk and beach.
But many visitors are not as familiar with our two avenues parallel to Rehoboth Avenue.
Since RB Main Street works for ALL of our downtown businesses, we've decided to launch an initiative to make sure our visitors find Beautiful Baltimore Avenue and Wonderful Wilmington Avenue too.
Any day you will begin seeing our new logos for each of the avenues and our new efforts to bring people to their many retail stores and restaurants.

Got Gift Certificates?
It's a fact that money spent in our downtown independent businesses stays in the community, while most money you spend in big box stores does not.
Give a gift that stays home! Give Rehoboth Beach Main Street Gift Certificates - a great way to make sure your dollars are spent here at home.
They make great gifts for now and for the holidays.
