Dinner Option #1 ($30.00):
App: A cup of our famous Seafood Bisque (sherry-cream soup with lobster, crab, shrimp, and scallops).
Entrée: Petite filet mignon with grilled shrimp over Old Bay mashers and fresh, grilled asparagus.
Dessert: New York “Cheesetini” with fresh strawberry puree.
Dinner Option #2 ($30.00):
App: Grilled, blackened shrimp cocktail with a lobster cream sauce and Old Bay garlic crostini.
Entrée: Grilled rockfish over Old Bay mashers with sweet corn & tomato salsa served with lemon dill sauce and fresh, grilled asparagus.
Dessert: Chef Sap’s Lewes Dairy rice pudding brulee with fresh berries.
